Last two weeks you have not posted my correctly done & faxed entry. What's up with that, is it because I've already won a T-shirt?

Dear Puzzle Helper,
Our first entry we won a shirt but have yet to receive it. Not sure if it takes a while to actually receive it in the mail or if we have just been accidentally forgotten, needless to say we were excited about it.
Also, I have already written that my name has been misspelled and yet it continues to be posted incorrectly week after week.
It should be entered as:
Julie and Jacqueline Angelini
Regards,
jaCqueline.
