A person was reported for using narcotics at a table at the Denny’s restaurant in the 2100 block of Pacific Highway at about 3:50 a.m. on Tuesday, December 15.

An SDPD dispatcher told responding police units that a suspect offered to sell the patron Oxycontin and then began using the pills at a table. The subject was described as a white male in his 30s, 5 feet 4 inches tall, wearing a black cap and dressed in all black clothing.

A police officer on the scene later reported to the dispatcher, “We made contact with the subject, and he has pills wrapped in labels consistent with Oxycontin.”

Oxy can do strange things to people. People with bipolar disorder are advised not to take it. They can't control themselves. Maybe this explains the lapse in judgment.
