A schwiggler is a sneaky person, someone who is trying to trick you or hide from you. It’s something my friends and I call each other. Of you’re trying to avoid phone calls from someone and they catch you, you’re a schwiggler. If you call someone on a different phone number or block your number you’re trying to out-schwiggle them. It’s meant to be funny, but you can also say it for someone that is trying to be devious or mildly stalking you. It can also be used if you’re playing a practical joke on someone.
