Local sportswear firm Lite Breeze lost its $10 million lawsuit against Britney Spears for infringement on its "In the Zone" trademark (Spears used the title on her new CD and tour merchandise). "They based their motion...on a First Amendment defense," says Lite Breeze attorney Kathleen Walker, "and we feel the judge was overly broad in accepting that." Spears's 2004 album In the Zone has sold 2.9 million copies.
