Enticing aromas of fresh tortillas and fragrant frijoles emanate from these little taquerias, where the food's cooked in the style of Jalisco. Juanita's specialty is carnitas -- tender, almost greaseless pork shreds, served with fresh, cilantro-laden salsita. They're available by the plate or by the pound. The "Flying Saucer" takes off, too. It's all good, and it's ridiculously inexpensive, and that's why there's always a line out the door, right up until closing time at 2 a.m.
