This golf course and resort boasts a romantic view of the ocean from its restaurant and bar. Try one of the 100 percent blue agave tequilas made by Herradura or Chinaco or the Sauza Tres Generaciones in the black bottle. Most standard margarita-grade tequilas get their bite (and their hangover-inducing high-sugar content) from cane juice added during the fermentation process. A tequila distilled exclusively from agave cactus will taste slightly nutty and should be smooth enough to drink straight or over ice. Ask the bartender for a recommendation.
