Latest confirmation that San Diego County is one of America's biggest sources for marijuana comes from Arkansas, where state police stopped a motor home on Interstate 40 and busted its Chula Vista driver for carrying 400 pounds of pot. Along with the driver, four other C.V. residents were taken into custody, and two children were turned over to the state department of human services, according to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette.
