Dumped the body of the hit-and-run victim into the Atlantic, that's what. You and your school chums. The big mystery is, Who am "I"? But the movie in the end (and long before the end) is less interested in a mystery than in a homicidal Ancient Mariner terrorizing teenagers with a hook. A lot of very bad acting, least bad by Sarah Michelle Gellar, formerly the rape-child of Erica Kane on All My Children, currently the prime-time Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
