November Project San Diego
November Project is a free fitness movement that is taking over the world, one city at a time. With chapters in Boston, DC, Baltimore, Indy, Philly, Denver, Madison, San Fran, Edmonton (yes even Canada!), and San Diego, hundreds of people meet in their respective cities at 6:30AM every Wednesday, rain or shine. Show up for a free, fun, hard workout, and come back every week for the sweaty hugs, community vibe, and amazing people.
Here in San Diego we have beautiful weather year round, so there is no reason to put yourself inside a gym, pay a monthly fee, and be miserable while exercising.
Our workouts are about 45 minutes long and contain all sorts of intervals, body weight exercises, partner exercises, hill sprints, and high fives.
All levels are welcome, from couch potatoes to Olympic athletes, we have them all.
Just show up. It's that simple.
