Teen Contemporary with Kiona Daelyn
Class will begin with a thorough warm-up to strengthen the core and muscles for work in parallel and rotation. Principles explored will include contraction and release, footwork, floor work, inversions, spiral, spine sequencing, weight-shifts, and the use of breath and dynamics. Basic contemporary partnering skills will also be introduced. Ages 13-15.
