On Wednesday, March 14, George's Level2 will be hosting a Moët & Chandon Champagne Education Class/Happy Hour from 3pm-close at the Level2 bar. The event will begin with a discussion about champagne and its production from grape to bottle led by Allie DeKock, Moët & Chandon Champagne Specialist. Stephen Kurpinsky, Head Bartender/Spirits Director at George's, will also discuss the versatility of champagne and how it can be incorporated into a range of cocktails. After the discussion, the Level2 team will be holding a fun happy hour until close featuring variations of classic champagne cocktails and pours of both Imperial and Brut Moet.
