Indulge your senses as Nicolas Reveles shares the music and his knowledge of this opera as chef Katherine prepares an opulent menu: Butternut Squash Soup Shooter with Rum Crema; Frisée Salad with Smoked Bacon, Blue Cheese, Porter Poached Egg, and Dijon Vinaigrette; Spice Rubbed Tomahawk Steak with Herbed Brown Butter Jus; Creamy Polenta with Roasted Sunchokes and Spinach; Glazed Carrots with Blood Oranges; Porter Chocolate Cake with Spiced Porter Ganache and Cinnamon Cream. This is not a hands on cooking class. All dishes are gluten free.
