This event will be the seventh installment of our on-going Fermented Pairings Series. Join us while our certified cicerone and education coordinator Erik Fowler and Fermenters Club's own Austin walks you through the expansive world of unconventional and unexpected pairings featuring fermented foods and beverages.
This event will begin with a tasty and informational lecture on the production of bean ferments and beer. Next, expand your vocabulary and palate with a guided tasting as we pair fermented offerings with White Labs beer.
