Mother’s Day at Kitchen 1540
Chef Nathan Lingle has created a special menu to wow lucky mothers. First course selections are White and Green Asparagus Salad with poached quail egg, Vella jack and tarragon vinaigrette; Beet and Goat Cheese Salad, Yogurt and Granola Parfait, Sticky Bun with kumquat glaze; or Farm Truck Fruit Presentation. The next course presents choices of Tuna Nicoise with beans, olives, potato, egg, tomato and baby arugula with Mexican oregano vinaigrette; Corn and Lobster Risotto, Kimchi Benedict on Sonora wheat biscuit with pork belly; Lemon Ricotta Pancake with strawberry compote; Mushroom Torta; or Bacon and Spring Onion Quiche. The third delectable course offers Strawberry Rhubarb Tart with yogurt ice cream, Lavender Brûlée with almond crisp or Warm Chocolate Cake with farm truck fruit compote.
