San Diego International Boat Show
For 2016 the in-water display area is increased by 120 feet, bringing in 50 more boats to this year’s show. A total of 200 vessels, from entry-level family cruisers and personal watercraft to sailboats and luxury superyachts, will be docked in the marina and parked on land for visitors to browse, board, and buy. Head to Try It Cove to sample a variety of activities such as stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing. Bring your suit and a towel; the equipment and changing room are provided. Boaters can sharpen their skills at workshops and seminars presented by experts, educators, and adventurers. With a variety of eats from food trucks, a floating Tiki Bar, Anchors & Ales Beer Garden, and live entertainment. Children 12 and under free.
