One hundred musical acts will perform on seven stages, including No Doubt, the Killers, Zac Brown Band, Snoop Dogg, Foster the People, the Roots, Sheryl Crow, Spoon, OK Go, Minnie Driver, O.A.R., Slightly Stoopid, the Revivalists, Fitz & the Tantrums, Jamestown Revival, and more. The festival is touted as "a new kind of arts and entertainment 'mix-perience' designed around comfort, quality, and good times." Two- and three-day passes available.

Friday performers include No Doubt, Snoop Dogg, Foster the People, Bonnie Raitt, Sheryl Crow, Fitz & the Tantrums, Dirty Heads, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Icona Pop, Griz, Los Lobos, Ozomatli, Allen Stone, Delta Rae, Nahko & Medicine for the People, Nicki Bluhm & the Gramblers, the White Panda, the Floozies, the Revivalists, Jamestown Revival, Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers, Knox Hamilton, Wheeland Brothers, and Peter Matthew Bauer. The Emerging Artist Stage will host the Burning of Rome, Fairground Saints, Larry Kolker, and the Midnight Pine.

Saturday features the Zac Brown Band, Slightly Stoopid, Counting Crows, Young the Giant, the Roots, Spoon, Neon Trees, AWOLNATION, Girl Talk, Big Gigantic, Tribal Seeds, OK Go, Cherub, X, Lucero, Ozomatli, Old 97's, Justin Townes Earle, Goldfish, Stick Figure, thenewno2, the Revivalists, Fortunate Youth, Natural Vibrations, and the Silent Comedy. The Emerging Artist Stage will host Corsicana, the Drowning Men, Joe Firstman, the Nervous Wreckords, and Tracksuit Wedding.

Sunday includes the Killers, Train, 311, Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals, Grace Potter, O.A.R., Michael Franti & Spearhead, Brandi Carlile, Switchfoot, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Donavon Frankenreiter, Dawes, Lettuce, JJ Grey & Mofro, the White Buffalo, Minnie Driver, MarchFourth!, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Orgone, and the Apache Relay. The Emerging Artist Stage features David Rosales, the J Band, Katastro, Tolan Shaw, and Open Air Stereo, along with three Kaaboo and Gigtown Discovery Tour Winners.
