Saltbox Chef Jeremiah Bryant is bringing the best parts of a traditional roast to SummerSalt, the Rooftop Pool & Lounge on Hotel Palomar's 4th floor pool deck.
Featuring a whole roasted pig served with Saltbox's signature barbecue sauce, traditional sides such as potato salad and braised greens, as well as jalapeno corn bread and yams with ginger and orange and live entertainment.
