Junk Bonanza Vintage Market
The Junk Bonanza, a national vintage event from Minnesota, is expanding to California, holding its first market at The Del Mar Fairgrounds in O'Brien Hall.
Browse displays of vintage and antique wares from hand-picked vendors. No reproductions allowed! The Bonanza is a powerful junking and networking experience and offers activities, giveaways, prizes, and more than 150 vendors featuring vintage antiques and artisan-repurposed goods. Every item is at least 40 years old.
Experience an inspirational Weddings Lab, brimming with examples of vintage-centric tabletop, floral, cake, photo, and celebration decor, all from California purveyors. The lab is curated by Jeni Maus of Found Vintage and celebrity wedding designer Jo Gartin of Love, Luck and Angels. Gartin will share her insights in two free talks Saturday, March 21, at noon at at 2 p.m., with a chance for you to pose questions.
Attendees can attend free, hands-on demonstrations of Chalk Paint and other finishes, taught by local Annie Sloan stockists, all three days of the event. To celebrate the Bonanza’s entry into California, we’ll also have displays of surfing memorabilia and a vintage VW bus.
