100% Renewable: Does It Go Far Enough?
1088 Third Avenue, San Diego, 92101
Cost: Free - $10
San Diego Forward: The Regional Plan is a long term strategic plan developed by SANDAG (San Diego Association of Governments) that analyses the region's development and "proposes a blueprint for a sustainable future for the San Diego region as well as a specific approach to help make that vision a reality."
We will hear from Jana Clark from the Cleveland National Forest, one of the organizations that challenged the initial plan, on whether the improvements to the plan have gone far enough. We will also hear from the executive director of BikeSD, a regional grassroots organization focused on advancing San Diego as "a world-class bicycling city."
