From Florida to Coahuila: The History of the Black Seminoles

This documentary traces the complex history and culture of the Black Seminoles, descendants of Seminole Indians and African slaves who migrated from Florida to Texas to Mexico. Their heritage is in jeopardy of extinction as the young generation has lost touch with the old ways and the elders who practiced them.
