Farmers, Friends, & Fishermen Dinner
Join The Red Door Restaurant & Wine Bar’s executive chef Karrie Hills and owner Trish Watlington for the third in a seasonal series of meals that put diners in touch with their food.
Farmers, Friends, & Fishermen is an evening of food and conversation featuring ingredients from The Red Door Restaurant & Wine Bar’s favorite farmers, ranchers, fishermen and artisans. The event begins with a cocktail reception at 5:30pm followed by a four-course meal paired with local wines and stories from the people who grew, raised, or otherwise purveyed the ingredients.
Guests include Jack Ford of Taj Farms in Valley Center, Robin Taylor and Lucila de Alejandro of Suzie’s Organic Farm in the Tijuana River Valley, Tommy Gomes of Catalina Offshore Products in Linda Vista, and Heartwork Coffee Bar.
