Rhythm and the Method, True Stories
Rhythm Turner, front-woman of the San Diego indie blues-rock band, Rhythm and the Method, will be returning home after being away for over three years. This highly anticipated concert event is to mark the return of the band to the local music scene, and to welcome Rhythm back home. Headlining is the recently reunited Rhythm and the Method. They will be performing with all five core members, as well as special guest drummer Bill Ray.
Other musicians on the bill are SD Music Award nominee Steph Johnson, and Bart Mendoza & True Stories, and the event includes dance performances by the tribal belly-dancing troop Iza Moon Dance Collective. Live visual art by LA artist Jim Chelius will be showcased throughout the evening.
The event, MC'd by Local94/9 Radio Show's Tim Pyles, includes an exclusive pre-show meet & greet for VIPs, as well as an official midnight after-party with DJ Red Light. Food and beverages will be available at the venue.
