Prepare sushi rice, learn new knife techniques with fish and veggies, plus all the tricks to make gorgeous sushi rolls and many other out-of-the ordinary treats.
We'll have loads of different seafood including tuna, salmon, scallops, and roe to play with -- so all kinds of maki rolls! Lots of veggie choices, too. Mochi for dessert.
