You'll learn the secrets to preparing this delectable crustacean in a multitude of dishes which everyone in the family will love. You'll learn how to properly cook a lobster, make a bisque, lobster rolls, and a newburg.
Bring an apron, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring a chef's knife and containers to carry your creations home.
