An evening of Mardi Gras fun as Alchemy shows how to make Delmonico's Oysters Rockerfeller, steamed crawfish, mixed jambalaya, and bananas foster. And, of course, King's Cake!
Bring an apron, chef's knife, and containers to carry your leftovers home.
