Stone/Waypoint Beer Dinner
Chef/partner Amanda Baumgarten of Waypoint Public and executive chef Tom Connolly of Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens Liberty Station have teamed up to produce a four-course meal with beer pairings of brews created exclusively for the evening.
Amanda Baumgarten, avid homebrewer, donned her brewers boots here at Liberty Station and went to work with Liberty Station Brew Manager Kris Ketcham to recreate a recipe that she came up with years ago: Amanda vs. The Arbolcots. Tom Connolly also worked with Kris to create a beer recipe that would complement his contribution to the evening's menu: The Sacred Druid.
