Chef Collaboration Dinner
The gastronomical collaboration of two phenomenal chefs: chef/partner Amanda Baumgarten of Waypoint Public and executive chef Tom Connolly of Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens.
Amanda Baumgarten, avid homebrewer, donned her brewers boots here at Liberty Station and went to work with Liberty Station brew manager Kris Ketcham to recreate a recipe that she came up with years ago. Tom Connolly also worked with Kris to create a beer recipe that would complement his contribution to the evening’s menu.
