The Y Cook Community Kitchen is officially open to the public. Join us for an adventure in Ethnic Plant-Based Cuisine. Classes are interactive and hands-on. Space is limited to encourage a comfortable and engaging environment. This class features nopales & jicama salad, lentil enchiladas, and arroz con leche.
