We all know that quality artisinal cheese tastes better than the factory stuff. The same holds true for balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.
Chef Brian Rutherford (formerly with Baker & Olive, now with Perch) will join us to share some of our favorites from both over here and over there. Your taste buds will tell you how wonderful they can taste with different kinds of cheese.
