Gilbert Castellanos Jazz Celebration
The Gilbert Castellanos Quartet will perform in celebration of Jazz Appreciation Month. The restaurant will transform into a modern version of a traditional supper club, where coastal Mediterranean fare is served alongside world-class music. Prix Fixe menu items from Chef Lockhart include starters like Marinated Albacore with kumquat vinaigrette and blistered chile tapenade, and Baby Beets with chickpeas, burrata and tarragon shallot purée. Choose from entrees like Brown Butter local halibut with fava bean hummus and tomato scallion relish, or Gratin Ricotta Herb Polenta with braised artichokes, escarole and mixed olives.
Head Bartender Chris Burkett will also feature a few classic cocktails, like the Bramble, Mamie Taylor and French 75.
Reservations include dinner and show, and can be made starting at 5pm, with live music playing from 6:30pm-9:30pm.
