“The Nature Conservancy’s Plant and Animal Conservation Projects in Southern California.” John M. Randall, PhD lead scientist with The Nature Conservancy California South Coast & Desert Region, will give us an overview of TNC projects from the northern Channel Islands to the eastern Mojave Desert and southward to San Diego County.
The traditional strengths of land protection and conservation management as opposed to newer approaches will be discussed.
