Master Pairings: For the Love of Pork
Guests will be treated to eight pork dishes created by Chef Jeff Stanko, each paired with a craft beer by Stone Craft Beer Ambassador "Dr." Bill Sysak. Dishes include: blood sausage beignet; pork face croquette; pig ear sandwich; hog tongue tostada; fried trotters over fingerling and butter bean succotash; pork belly and pear ravioli; milk-braised pork shank; and a rhubarb and strawberry tart with salted caramel and bacon ice cream.
