The San Diego Public Library will present America’s Music: A Film History of Our Popular Music from Blues to Bluegrass to Broadway, a six-part initiative featuring curated viewing and discussion led by SDSU professor Dr. Eric Smigel. There will be additional live programming to augment the series.
This edition, America's Music: Broadway and Tin Pan Alley Live, will feature live performances of Broadway solos and duets, performed by Nancy Snow Carr, soprano; Geno Carr, baritone; and Terry O'Donnell, piano.
