Thanksgiving Champagne Dinner Buffet
The buffet, which is laid out in the Mission Bay Ballroom overlooking Mission Bay, includes a carving station with roast tom turkey and roast top sirloin; a salad station with marinated grilled vegetables and peel-and-eat shrimp; main dishes of herb crusted salmon, spice rubbed pork loin, and Hawaiian braised boneless short ribs; traditional side dishes; and seasonal dessert favorites. Cost includes Mission Bay cruises aboard the Bahia Belle and William D. Evans. Children under 5 eat free.
