The Live/Serve Benefit Concert & Art Fair for Resettled Refugee Youth from Burma will include Family Wagon, featuring Bryan B. William and their trademark mix of indie rock with a folksy feel. Also performing will be Erin McLaughlin and DJ Sean Sand.
Local fine artists Jeff Allen, Wes Bruce, Christopher Konecki, Kristina Micotti and Aubrey Perkins will be exhibiting art work, and the event will include a silent auction. All proceeds go to Karen Organization of San Diego to support their youth programs, furthering opportunities for the resettled refugee youth from Burma in San Diego, connecting community, achieving academic successes, and investing in personal goals.
