Green Flash Smokeout with Heart and Trotter
Enjoy a feast of house-smoked meats, pastured lamb, Berkshire pork, local goat and fresh mussels with beer parings from Green Flash brewmaster Chuck Silva and certified cicerone Dave Adams. Local butcher James Holtslag from The Heart and Trotter Whole Animal Butchery will demonstrate how to break down beef, goat, and lamb with complimentary tray-passed hors d'oeuvres from each demonstration. Chefs Max Bonacci, Ivan Muñoz, and David “Sarge” Fults will be serving up their feast from The Pig Pen, the SnackShack’s outdoor patio bar.
