Mother's Day Dining
The Veranda Fireside Lounge offers a three-course spring-inspired dinner menu including dishes such as crab bisque, wild mushroom ravioli, aged top sirloin, and grilled halibut. The Aragon Ballroom features mustard and herb stuffed Berkshire pork loin, slow roasted prime rib, decadent chocolate fountain, and a kid-friendly buffet station for younger guests. Families can also enjoy the petting zoo and pony rides until 3:00 p.m.
