This event will feature the San Diego debut of Chihiro Yamanaka Trio, with
Chihiro Yamanaka (piano), Yoshi Waki (bass), and John Davis (drums).

The music of NYC-based jazz pianist/composer and Universal Music recording artist Chihiro Yamanaka pivots between her original compositions and her unique arrangements of standards, in which she accomplishes the impressive feat of introducing the element of surprise into some of the most famous songs of the standard jazz repertoire.
