San Diego Reader

This four-part program begins with an introductory conversation at the museum and is followed by a docent-tour of the feature exhibition. Components include a private lecture with the exhibition curator, as well as the opportunity to attend one of a menu of exhibition-specific programs offered: in film, printmaking, or design. The class concludes with a final meeting in which participants share their museum experiences. Multiple-choice pre/post tests, as well as required readings and an end-of-course museum experience essay will be assigned to those taking the program for credit. One unit of credit earned (optional).
