Supper Club with Carnitas Snack Shack
First Supper Club of 2013 finds Green Flash teaming with Carnitas Snack Shack for a 5-course foodie extravaganza plus appetizers on arrival.
Each course is paired with a different Green Flash beer and guided by tasting room manager Dave Adams and the Carnitas Snack Shack team.
1st course - Rayon Vert
peppercorn crusted scallop / ham hash / chimichurri
2nd course - Hop Head Red
pork cheek ravioli / reduction / tomato jam
3rd course - Le Freak
foraged mushroom risotto / charred radicchio / gremolata
4th course - Double Stout
double stout braised pork shank / sweet potato puree / spring veg
5th course - Trippel
lemon curd / shortbread / nasturtium marmalade
