Wine Dinner with Husch Vineyards
Husch Vineyards is a small family run winery in Northern California that produces 22 different wines. The wines will include a Sauvignon Blanc with aromas of lime, melon and guava, a Chardonnay with flavors of pear and apple with a delicate finish, a Chenin Blanc with a bright fruit and touch of sweetness, a Pinot Noir with aromas of cherry, plum, earth and spice, and a Cabernet with aromas of black cherry, anise and earth. Each wine will be paired with a selection of appetizers by executive chef George Morris. Reservations: 858-459-0474.
