Pig and Poke: A Taste of Aloha
Swine enthusiast Chef Simon Dolinky of Saltbox and Neens presents a guava roasted pig with his secret recipe barbecue sauce and fresh Ahi Poke at this Hawaiian tasting affair. The feast will be accompanied by Hapa rice, mac salad, and furikake popcorn. Also featuring drink specials and shave Ice, one of the Aloha State’s favorite desserts, created at the event by Hula Girls Shave Ice. The celebration of island cuisine will all be set to the tunes of Hawaiian songbird, Kimie with special guest Lea Love. 619-515-3000.
