Author David Code explains the medical research showing how parental stress is a major risk factor in today’s epidemic of child health problems. Code, an Episcopal priest, will talk about his new book, Kids Pick Up on Everything: How Parental Stress is Toxic to Kids. The second talk will be held at Pacific Ridge School, 6269 El Fuerte Street in Carlsbad. Parking is available on campus; please carpool if possible. 858-344-7898.
