Valentine-Themed Sushi Class
Executive sushi chef Jerry Warner demonstrates how to make seafood salad (with tasting). Includes a two-hour hands-on tutorial involving rice and fish selection, knife work with fish, handling sticky rice, creating both traditional and hand rolls and more. Guests will receive chocolate lava cake, served with a Valentine twist.
A tasting of three different Japanese beers also provided. Ladies will each receive a red rose. All materials and ingredients provided. Reservations required.
