In honor of Black History Month, Joshua White & SPiRAL will be performing the music of jazz saxophonist, John Coltrane. SPiRAL will play two sets under the leadership of local jazz pianist White, alongside UCSD Professors Mark Dresser (bass) and David Borgo (tenor sax). The band also includes Michael Dessen (trombone) and Duncan Moore (drums).
