Hundreds of pounds of freshly cooked, scarlet shellfish across newspaper adorned picnic tables. Admission fee includes all-you-can-eat-crawfish from “Boil Master” Chef Simon Dolinky, keg-fulls of Louisiana-brewed Abita Beer, and live music from Euphoria Brass Band.
