Executive Chef Arleen Lloyd leads an adventure into the world of springerle cookies, traditional holiday cookies from Germany, Austria, and Bavaria. Participants will learn how to make the dough, create the impressions, how to hand paint masterpieces. Baking will not be done in class, as the cookies must "cure" overnight prior to baking.
