The 2nd Annual Loving Local Music & Local Food benefit is an intimate waterfront dinner party for 150 people, with musicians such as the Rob Thorsen & Steph Johnson Trio, Gilbert Castellanos, and the Sue Palmer Quintet performing.
Loving Local Music & Local Food is a benefit for KSDS Jazz88.3 and to raise awareness and much-needed finances for the education programs supported by the station. Jazz88.3 supports the following programs in education for students: Music Matters Instrument Drive, the Summer Jazz Workshops at Francis Parker, The Future of Jazz program at Mission Bay High School, Jazz an American Art Form for Young Audiences, and more.
