Shuck n' Swallow
The sixth annual man vs. mollusk event that pits ten teams of San Diego’s top chefs and restaurants against one another to see who can shuck and swallow the most oysters in ten minutes. Competing in restaurant duos, each participant will quickly pry open the mollusk while the other agilely swallows. New this year: Oyster Races for the public.
