Architect Ione R. Stiegler, "an expert in the restoration and preservation of historical buildings," chronicles "An Example of Restoration Architecture" for San Diego Independent Scholars, gathering in room 111A of UCSD Chancellor's Complex. The farmstead was "largely destroyed in the Witch Creek wildfire in 2007."
